It helps you keep track of your intake and makes sipping throughout the day more intuitive. (Bonus: you won’t be scrambling to refill your glass every hour!) A quick note on cleaningOne thing I’m picky about? Water bottles with too many parts. I get nervous about mold or residue in hard-to-reach places.
